Sales Support:

• Support an established team selling to healthcare, education, state and local, SMB/Enterprise customers.
• Assist customers in development and verification of technical requirements.
• Work with vendors to process and track customer orders.
• Provide proactive customer service follow-through on post-sales issues.
• Demonstrate communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Apply your extensive experience with office productivity software (MS Office preferred.)
• Take on increasing levels of responsibility for customer management.
