ECS III

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Electronic Commodity Store III (ECS III) contract is a government-wide acquisition contract for a wide range of information technology products. ECS III is a flexible, widely accepted contract vehicle where adding products within the scope of work is a very simple process. A minimal fee of 1% is charged by NIH for use of this procurement mechanism and must be included on every order.
