NITAAC Chief Information Officer – Commodity Solutions (CIO-CS) Contract

Red River provides federal agencies with an array of products and services related to general IT and health and life sciences, both on-site and in the Cloud under the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Chief Information Officer – Commodity Solutions (CIO-CS) Government-Wide Acquisitions Contract (GWAC).

This contract allows for on-premise as well as Managed Service deployment of commodities and services. Services include but are not limited to, provisioning, deployment, installations, warranty and maintenance, engineering and assessment studies and training. Managed Services (includes deployment on the Public Cloud) include but are not limited to Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), the commodity service is managed through a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and is based on a subscription model.

IT commodities and solutions including health and biomedical-related IT commodities to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. Also general IT commodities partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

Period of Performance:
Ten (10) Years, Expiration April 30, 2025

Contract Terms: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Ceiling Amount: $20B

NIH Contract Access Fee: 0.35 percent
