Red River is pleased to provide Data Storage, Data Communication &Networking Equipment and related services with this two-year contract by the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) under the DIR’s Cooperative Contracts Program.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Issue the Purchase Order directly to Red River Technology LLC
2. Reference the Texas DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4427 on your Purchase Order
3. Include Customer Name, phone number, “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses
4. Email or fax your Purchase Order and quote form to your designated sales representative
Warranty
All services provided by Red River are backed by a 30-day warranty. Any defects and service issues will be resolved at no cost within the warranty period.
PRODUCTS: All products come with the standard Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty. Specific warranty information for a product, or products can be obtained by sending a Warranty Information Request to TexasDIR@redriver.com.
SERVICES: All services provided by Red River are backed by a 30-day warranty. Any defects and service issues will be resolved at no cost within the warranty period.
Returns
All returns are subject to pre-approval and must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Red River Technology LLC. Return approval may be based on the policies of the manufacturers whose products we provide. Generally, unopened products in 100% re-sellable condition may be returned within 30 days.
